Prefer losing to immoral gain. The pain of the former lasts for a moment, the guilt of the other lasts for a lifetime. Some ideals are so valuable that even being defeated in its path is considered a victory. The greatest legacy you will leave in this world is honesty.
Do not be angry at the passing of years; leave the youthful things to the past with a smile. Don't let the things you can't do hinder the things that you can do. Görüntülü DVD, Flash Disk görüntülü Eğitim Setleri vb. için; ürün kutusunda yer alan koruma bandı çıkarılmamış olmalıdır. Ürünlerin diğer yerlerinde çizik, hasar, darbe, sıvı teması vs. olmamalıdır.

Orijinal ambalaja sahip ürünlerin iadesi, orijinal ambalaj ile yapılmalıdır.

İade edilecek ürünün şirketimiz adına kesilecek bir iade faturası ile iade faturası düzenleme imkanı bulunmayan durumlarda, ürüne ait fatura ve sevk irsaliyesinin aslıyla birlikte iade edilmesi gerekmektedir. İade faturası ya da fatura ve sevk irsaliyesi asıllarının temin edilemediği durumlarda, bundan kaynaklanan KDV vb. mali yükümlülükler iade edilecek bedelden indirilir.

Üründe ve ambalajında herhangi bir yazı yazma, açılma, bozulma, kırılma, tahrip, yırtılma, kullanılma vb. durumlar tespit edildiği hallerde ve ürünün müşteriye teslim edildiği andaki hali ile iade edilememesi durumunda, ürün iade alınmaz ve bedeli iade edilmez.

İade şartlarına uygun durumlarda yapılan gönderimlerde taşıma masrafı müşteri tarafından ödenecektir.

İade edilecek ürünler PTT kargo ile kurumumuzdan aldığınız iade mağaza koduyla gönderilmelidir.

Baskısında hata bulunan, eksik, fazla veya yanlış basılmış ürünlerin iadesinde kargo ücreti geliş ve gidiş olarak www.kitapsec.com`a aittir.
