• İade edilecek ürünün şirketimiz adına kesilecek bir iade faturası ile iade faturası düzenleme imkanı bulunmayan durumlarda, ürüne ait fatura ve sevk irsaliyesinin aslıyla birlikte iade edilmesi gerekmektedir. • Baskısında hata bulunan, eksik, fazla veya yanlış basılmış ürünlerin iadesinde kargo ücreti geliş ve gidiş olarak www.kitapsec.com`a aittir.

• Siparişin yanlış gönderilmesinden kaynaklanan değişimlerde kargo ücreti geliş ve gidiş olarak www.kitapsec.com’a aittir.
