• İade edilecek ürünün şirketimiz adına kesilecek bir iade faturası ile iade faturası düzenleme imkanı bulunmayan durumlarda, ürüne ait fatura ve sevk irsaliyesinin aslıyla birlikte iade edilmesi gerekmektedir. İade faturası ya da fatura ve sevk irsaliyesi asıllarının temin edilemediği durumlarda, bundan kaynaklanan KDV vb. mali yükümlülükler iade edilecek bedelden indirilir.

• İade edilecek ürünler PTT kargo ile kurumumuzdan aldığınız iade mağaza koduyla gönderilmelidir.

• Baskısında hata bulunan, eksik, fazla veya yanlış basılmış ürünlerin iadesinde kargo ücreti geliş ve gidiş olarak www.kitapsec.com`a aittir.
